Made some muffin tops today, hopefully they taste as good as they look. It was so hard to find the muffin top pans too, Walmart didn't have them and the only place I found that did was a specialtly store and they wanted $30 for them. Luckily my grandma found them at Superstore for $7! How awesome is that??? The ones I made have blueberries and raspberries with lemon zest and a little pocket of lite strawberry cream cheese in the middle. Waiting for them to cool before I eat one.
