YEP, YEP, YEP.
After 5 months, my head is REALLY (really for real now), back in the game.
Not sure if it was the winter, the stress of moving, or just that I was going back into my previous 37 years of bad habits... but I'm back.
I wanted to try new things and whatnot, but of course I realized this was just my subconscious wanting me to fail. All the self sabotaging thoughts were back...
Anyway, spring is coming and I'm back, and I feel free and great, and all that.
My clothes were getting tighter, even.
Today my brand new bike arrives. I hate biking so I know I'll use it twice, but eh. I'm not back at doing yoga. Not sure what's holding me back, but I just can't get there yet.. But I AM back with running! With a VENGEANCE. I upped my running time by 15 minutes! I just run! I go in autopilot and I don't even notice...
So, all in all, I feel good. I see the extra weight I packed is coming off, I'm back to counting cals and eating healthier, and I'm listening to my body.
