1400 calories recorded which was correct for RDI, but still put on weight. Main reason was that the Chicken Bhuna was a take-away and probably had more calories than the Iceland version I recorded. Would be nice to aim for the given RDI of 1400 calories, but this is only calibrated for losing 1-lb per week. Realistically need to take the calories down a bit, maybe to 1200 per day. Another thought is that I need to make sure I do some walking each day. Macros will also need adjusting, as Pie chart is showing 50% fat.
