well i think i am on the last leg of being sick it is time to get back to monitoring what i am doing tried to do the tredmill yesterday and just couldn't find the breath to do it. will try again today! hope everyone is doing well and has a great day!

Holy Cow Restless. Looks like you are a losing machine. I am so impressed with all the weight you have been losing. Great job. Sorry you haven't been feeling well. Just be sure to take time to care for yourself before you over do it.

lol the only good thing about a temp is it sends you metabolizm into over drive the weight loss will stop for awhile now i am sure will have to reset from not eating just hoping to not gain it all back
