Any ladies out there info about water retention - how is it that you can wake up one morning and be 1.2kg heavier (and that is not because you are to much) sticking to a very very strict eating plan and drinking more than enough water ... what’s up with that!!!!
91.2 kg 지금까지 감소한: 6.1 kg.    남은양: 6.2 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

Did you eat a lot of carby foods?

Our bodies are so interesting! I know my body retains water when I do hectic exercise, eat red meat, eat more salt than usual, sick or injured & shark week... even when I have lost a lot of weight in the previous couple of days - the water fills the fat cells and when it does not get any “fat” only then it drops.
