Got my InBody scan yesterday. Everything was exactly the same as last month. A little deflating, because I see changes in muscle and fat, but they didn’t show on the scan.

Chances are the scan was off a little. I’ve delayed a cut for a couple months, so I think I’m going to get back to a deficit. Maybe for just a week though, because Jess and I are doing a little vacay in 10 days 😊
