Today I watched a friend eat a whole packet of slap chips at work....and I did not even take one.....not a bite ...nada... I feel like that should be a 1kg off for effort.😄😜

The girls in my office love a Slap Chippie Friday... the more I do this journey, the less they appeal to me. I can smell the oil, and I know that if I do it, an epic carb-coma will shut my brain down. I'm working on weaning myself off samoosas though. I indulge in one or two every few weeks which isn't too bad (considering 20kgs ago I maybe had 2 samoosas every 2nd or 3rd day).

I have managed to reverse the process in my head. I now imagine eating chips and I mentally connect it with a disappointing weigh in. Then I internally chant my mantra -‘It ain’t worth the calories!’ It works most of the time!
