i think i could have slept all day long!i don't know what's going on,but it had better stop! maybe my body needed a break?

Hi and thank you, I will be your buddy.. I have been a member for at least a year on and off... but steady since june... I walk/run at least 5 to 7 days a week... I LOVE IT!!!! and force myself even when I get home from work and I'm exhausted..It's nice that you found a friend to help you in your darkest time.. I come to learn that people who don't have a weight problem or think they don't have no idea what you go through, especially when you yo-yo... My weight history shows that I have lost about 30 pounds,, in reality its more like 40,, because I was up and down from 215 to 198 back to 205 it was making me CRAZY!!!!! I am so excited to get on the scale every friday, to see a drop... and yet extremely nervous when I step on that scale and peek to see my weight as I pray please be a lose...anyway,, thank you,, I'll stop babbling, and tomorrow when I get home from work i will add a profile and maybe a picture... thanx again and again....have a great night

Ive been forcing myself to take a day off each week. You have to give your body a rest sometimes. I realy notice the difference on Mondays after taking Sunday off. I do however, feel antsy, hyper and guilty all day Sunday knowing I could be burning just a few more calories!
