Got some great advice from Stef this morning after my first post and that was to get off the Atkins bars for awhile, too much sugar alcohol for me has probably knocked me out of ketosis. I kinda thought that might have been the culprit. Will keep strict eye on the intake of the foundation veggies and knock my net carbs back a bit to 15-20 again. I was very nervous to move off of Induction and this was why.

I just submitted a recipe for publication for Blueberry Flax Pancakes and they are about 4 NCarbs/per serving. The recipe is in my food journal for today w/picture if anyone is interested.
I am going to whip up a good veg beef soup today as well for during the week.
I have rejuvinated my attitude and have my sails pointing into the wind!!! Onward and upward for the week upcoming.

I agree with Stef, I found even if I ate half of an atkins bar I stalled. I don't know why they say we can have them on induction when they clearly stall the weight loss on us. Doesn't make sense except for making more money for atkins. I don't want to knock atkins though as I think this is the first diet that hasn't left me feeling hungry. Keepup the good work Babs.

Hang in there. I try to stay away from the bars unless I am stuck without other options.

I got thru the weekend with a renewed attitude. Made some flax pancakes with enough for breakfasts during the week, getting tired of eggs. Also made a flax bread which is awesome, bought some sugar free apricot preserves 4 carbs, 3 fiber and no sugar alc = 1 nc. Put some of that on the flax bread. Yummy. Also made a big pot of garden veg beef and sausage soup. All are in my cookbook. Boy...that flax cures whatever constipation problem one might have thought they have, No need to buy the expensive colon cleanse. I am really going to try to not weigh for few days and see how that goes. Keeping you all in suspense until next weekend! No Atkins bars since Friday so keeping fingers crossed. Have a great week!
