I really am amazed at how the fat-secret diet calendar works. If you take the calories you ate in a month, minus the exercise, add up the net loss and divide by 3500 (calories in a pound) it really works. According to the fat-secret chart I should have lost about 6 pounds and I did. It really motivates me to exercise knowing how I can really see the result mathematically. Is that weird?
