Got up this morning at 4:15 and ran. I feel so good when I actually get up and do it. Half the time my alarm goes off and I do not get out of bed to do it. Granted I do it when I get home from work, but I would like to do every morning; it is a great way to start the the day. 7 miles, 75 minutes, according to the tredmill 802 calories.
