Headache was finally gone when I woke up this am, yeah!!! Had a totally crazy day at the office, back to back meetings all day. The best was when I got home tonight, my husband had a nice fire going in the fireplace because it is cold and damp out tonight. Yes, fall in New England is here... We had the Cauliflower, Leek and White Cheddar soup for supper that is in my cookbook. Boy, that hit the spot. If you are a soup lover, you must try that soup. I think only my buddies can see it now until it gets published, maybe I am wrong, but if you are a soup lover, you must try it!
The other method to my madness is that with a nice light supper I can hopefully get that scale to drop for tomorrow. The 270's are gone, and with one more pound, the 260's will be gone too! Fingers crossed!
