Today was pretty tough. I was home all day, not doing a great deal and I felt hungry often. I somehow managed to stick to plan though, even though I had the appetite to eat double! I'm worried tomorrow will be as hard, but I must not buckle!

Ghrelin is the hunger hormone so maybe try eating protein at meals especially breakfast it can help reduce ghrelin. Hope this helps.

I know the feeling ! X it helps to be concious making healthier choices now repeatedly will make it easier to make healthy choices in the future , and watch portion size it really important too, when I’m out shopping I often put treats in my basket like I’m on automatic and someone’s brainwashing me 😂 and then I wake up and remember I’m supposed to be eating healthy and put the items back , filling up on healthy snacks yoghurts,nuts,fruit helps avoid cravings and sneaking on extra cals but it’s safer not to buy anything naughty in the first place because if you’re like me you will end up scoffing the lot
