The weekend was pretty relaxing. I went with my husband to work on Saturday. He had a quick drywall repair to do in Santa Cruz, so we used it as an excuse to get some beach therapy. We went to a wildlife refuge, and saw some Sea Otters playing in the waves. It was such a nice, peaceful day. Then we went to the movies and saw the new Star Wars movie...it was okay, I guess. Eating wise, I didn't do too bad. I always crave seafood when we go to the coast, so I had some grilled cod and grill shrimp, with rice pilaf and steamed veggies. To drink, I had a spiced apple cider. When we went to the theater, I had some popcorn w/o the gooey stuff, and water to drink.
When we were walking back to the car from the movie, my hip dislocated, so I was in bed all day Sunday, but it was a chance to get caught up on some much needed rest. I wasn't hungry at all most of the day, but I did have a salad and pasta for dinner...I guess that's all I ate Sunday. I'm not trying to starve myself, I just try not to eat if I'm not hungry...
