Weight had gone up to 82.5 then back to 82.2 and stalled for about a week After much research online I have to concede I have been eating too few calories My budget is 1400 and I’ve been consistently eating between 900-1100. And hence the plateau I kept thinking it would adjust eventually and keep dropping but after a week I had to take action So yesterday I made myself eat my allowance of 1400. And it finally dropped on the scale by .300 So will do the same today and see what happens
