I think I might just start logging my weight on my weigh in day (Monday’s).
I wanted to hit 324 today but with all the excessive eating this weekend ;) I was .8 shy. But I’ll take it.
Going to try to hit it hard this week 320 is my 7 day goal I can do it. 4.8 lb let’s go.
