Another challenging day. Its very difficult menstruating and attempting to eat better. I've been battling to not stuff my face with chocolates n anything really. I made some zero cal jelly (it kinda took edge off).... but it not chocolate.... anyway..... tomorrow I'll do better. #emotional#pain#scared#determined#tired😂
