Doing a little reflection on my 9 months of InBody scans and fat/muscle analysis. I’ve lost 27 lbs since May 2019. I have lost 36 lbs of mass and gained 9 lbs of lean mass. The other number I think isimportant include the BF drop of 12.5%.

If only more people knew how much lean body mass can be gained to shape your body while losing fat they wouldn't be so frustrated by the scale. The shaping may not be evident until later.
