Hi y'all, I need some advise ..the macros on here how are they determined. % of carbs,protein & fat determined? My carbs is at 50% is that right when on LCHF?

Hi there, on your phone - go to Reports at the bottom navigation. Click on macros (the middle option) then there is a weird looking icon on the top right (looking like a dartboard 🎯) click on it, and you can change it. 🙂 hope it helps
