House is under attack since Thursday, from a deadly flu/cough/ bronchitis! This is hurting my progress a bit cause im taking some cough meds and strepsils, etc...
Hoping for some blue numbers tomorrow.

Don’t be surprised if you don’t get blue numbers. Unfortunately with bronchitis, flus and colds, there is inflammation, causing fluid/mucus build up and then there is water retention from the meds. Like Shereen said, Health comes first. Get better soon❣️

Shot a lot all. Baby and wife all in same boat.
But sticking to my healthy food, and reduced calories.
If blue numbers don't show tomorrow its the meds.
