The last 3 days have been a bust. I didn't even walk any so I gained. I had ice cream bars and chips this holiday week-end. It's not worth the weight gain. I hope it won't be too hard to lose it again. I started anew today. I've walked 2.3 miles so far. Plan to walkmore this evening. Haven't weighed myself today. Was afraid to after yesterdays gain.
