TOMORROW! I get my 1st weigh in. So I will weigh in at night and fill ya'll in on Friday morning.....Finally I can have a small cup of coffee...Cant wait for Friday. I'm so tired of beans and brown rice and veggies. God forbid we end up like back in the day's i'll never survive....lol I'm lying huh, so far i've done it, but my friend who's doing this w/ me made me feel bad cuz I was all siked I could finally add a little cheese and have some meat and she was like "well, its not much you still have to eat the same and the cheese is not that much it's only like an ounce" Geez way to kill mydream bubble aye.....so I dunno I think she's taking this thing a little too too toooooo seriously. I wasn't saying like I was gonna pound the cheese on my bread or anything i'm just glad I get to eat a little more variety. I luv a little grated cheese on my brocolli. Thank God for you guys and dolls on this site.*

Yeah, it sounds like your friend is the food nazi!!! Ha!! J/K You should probably weigh yourself in the morning. That way it's before you've eaten anything...it's when you're at your lightest. Good luck...I'll be watching.

LOL...WOW...can you say overboard! You do what you feel is right for you! I know when I was done with my 9 days I couldn't wait to add that yummy stuff back in! I know you will do great at your weight in! But one suggestion..weight in the morning right after you get out of bed and go the bathroom...that is the best time and most accurate! Best of luck! Thanks for the post also, I am getting there!
