Officially one week in and I think I’ve lost about 10 pounds. It’s always slightly deceiving because of the water loss, but I’ll take it! To be honest, I’ve missed my last three workouts because work and family events, but I’m focused on diet for one more week in any case. I’m still hitting the gym twice a week at least so all is good there. After the diet I will increase the frequency again.
