I went to pool, range practice and I made muffin meat pies. Thighs are burning...Muscles feel heavy....Right upper arm aching.....Can't hardly get out of chair without squealing.....Across my upper chest and collarbone hurts....Pelvic area burning throbbing.....Right side of neck stiff and hurts along with right shoulder.....top of left foot hurts.....left heel hurting.....inside of right calf stabby throbbing pain
