Man, I put in my lunch yesterday-- yikes! Making better decisions today. Since my surgery I have steadily been feeling better and I have mroe energy. I need to use this to my advantage. I am still sore from my workout on monday, but I plan on doing more today. I am looing forward to these pants Iam wearing to be less tight. So weird how the exact same pants can fit differently. This pair makes me feel all bloated and toad-like. In addition to that, these brows need a wax :P Will update more later YOGA: Feeling good and relaxed. It would be so much more fun if I was more flexible and or thinner. When you look down and inhale your chest it is a little frustrating. I managed to do ok and feel positive now!
