having trouble with my shins. they have been hurting for a while, but i thought it was from starting to walk. well,i've been walking for over a month now-only missed 4 or five days,and they are still hurting, i tried massaging them the other day,and they have knots on them! what is that?!i found that if i run they don't hurt as bad...weird,huh?that's me!

You may need to invest in a good pair of tennis shoes. I know my husband had this problem when he started walking/running. Once he got a good pair of shoes, then it went away. They aren't cheap, but they are worth the investment! ;)
