Up a little, but I'm not surprised. Actually, I am. I was expecting much worse. I spent the long weekend in California with members of my family, and there I neglected Slow Carb and my IF. We spent time reminiscing, eating, and participating in a walk to memorialize my late brother who has been gone 8 years, last Saturday. I don't regret it, and I've been on the straight and narrow since Tuesday. It was probably worse 4 days ago. I'm back on track and the numbers will start falling again. 😘
