Completed a really successful low calorie day yesterday and I'm feeling much better this morning - better in myself and better about myself.

A holiday today and my daughter's home for a few days so she has lots of food requests to fill - all healthy! She misses the food we have at home as she says she lives on takeaways and ready meals. Not ideal.
