Water weight from starting this 6 week aggressive fat loss challenge. Im expecting to see more drops over the next few days. These challenges really help me lose, and then Ive been (mostly) maintaining for a few weeks, then on to another challenge. I feel like Im doing it "wrong" by taking the break and maintaining for a few weeks. I have a lot to lose so I think this year I will stick with the challenges, but maybe try for a slower weight loss in between instead of maintaining. Looking over my past year, I usually gain a few pounds during those maint periods (which isnt exactly maintaining) and I want to be able to keep that from happening. Time and persistence is where its at.
