Just started reading "French Kids Eat Everything". It's really entertaining, and enlightening about American eating habits. It's also hard to read while you're hungry, 'cause the whole book is just about food! Anyway, I've been doing a form of Intermittent Fasting where I don't eat breakfast, so ideally I eat most of my food between 12pm and 8pm each day. That works pretty good, and I get some exercise riding my bike to work each morning that should help out fat loss. I've been having a hard time getting enough protein (I'm shooting for around 150g/day). Even meals of just meat have a hard time being high-protein, low-calorie. So I do the best I can. Wins so far: NO Diet coke in several days. Can still hit near-max squat, bench, and press after a week or so off (I was worried) Weight is definitely down, but not as much as I was hoping.
