I totally didn't eat healthy and way over on carbs today. Didn't feel like cooking. Tomorrow is another day!

I like your attitude. I had a bad day too over the weekend. I'm not going to sweat it either, since I do much better during the work week. Good luck getting right back on it!

Why is it that eating healthy has to be so much more work than eating junk? lol Seems just wrong.
