I had an interesting conversation with a coworker yesterday who had a medical scare. The takeaway from the discussion was that you need to take responsibility for your body. You need to be the project manager of your body!! If something doesn’t make sense then ask why? If you don’t understand something then call in a subject matter expert. You need to do the research and become as informed as possible. Don’t trust fancy titles and challenge everyone and everything because at the end of the day you’re the one that has to deal and live with the results.
