Like what I'm seeing on the scale. :) Ok so yesterday was to be a feed day but I didn't eat nearly what I should in calories which made it more like a fast day. I figure I will make today a feed day. I hope that this will not mess things up for me. I guess I will know in the next couple of days but keeping my fingers crossed that I didn't mess up. Again I woke not feeling very hungry but I know I have to get something to eat. Feeling really good though, not tired, don't feel weak and no bloated feeling but that happened the morning after a feed day. Will keep a better eye on what goes in my mouth on my feed days so not to have that feeling in the morning. :) Drinking lots of water and a couple cups of tea so staying hydrated. :) Things are looking good. :)
