Breakfast after morning yoga 💁🏻‍♂️ I like things in 3s😊 BTW to all keto friends, did you know that caffeine drastically increases ketone production in the body (esp BHB) and even more so after a night time fast? Even when consumed with a carb meal💁🏻‍♂️ Hence the diet Monster

Perfect diet according to me I love the Monster in the background, sugar free blue one. You have my full support and I don't see anything wrong with having an energy drink every now and then.

@tegz, there's plenty of keto plans around online. Try Google "keto foods" and go to images, there are tons of infographics. But I'm not keto, and I don't advise it. That was just a bonus tip for people who are ketovangelists to help them boost their blood ketone levels 🙂💁🏻‍♂️

@Kobus, thanks brother 💪🏻 I drink energy drinks and use preworkout on top of drinking coffee.. Not for everyone, but I have a high tolerance to stimulants and a very low heart rate (48 bpm on waking).. Appreciate the support man 🙏🏻

@lowcarbfemme, jip it does.. Caffeine is caffeine, however you may have to drink more as tea has less🙂
