You guys! I don’t have the energy to say a lot here (too much combat earlier today). She did invent this delicacy. Think tamale scone with braised pork and roasted peppers. Definitely could be the new craze. Wait til you see her savory pies later this week. I smoked some wicked pork butt.

@ davidsprincess, it is something i made up! I mixed maseca with my flour ratio, and made a dough with roasted corn & green chilis, stuffed it with mojo pork & Monterey Jack cheese-I had this idea for a while!
