Didn't do any better yesterday. Had to leave work early for a doctor's appt. Missed lunch so since my son went with me he wanted to stop at Wendy's for a frosty. Of course I ate a burger and fries while there and thought since I had already done that I could have a candy bar (after all I had already cheated) and that continued the rest of the evening with eating everything in site. I didn't weigh this morning. I am so disappointed in myself. I just don't know what to do.

Kenyetta you are my role model. I am really impressed that you went from 180 to 150 so far. I am starting about where you were and it is taking a while to get motivated but little by little I am having more on days than off. OK you have had a brief period of fun so now just think back to the motivation you needed when you first started. Time to get back on track! Take it one day at a time. Today let's both stay within our WW points. That is the only goal for today. Report back tommorow. :-)
