I'm thankful for a GREAT WEEK! I lost two pounds. Net Carbs averaged 26g per day. Fats averaged 67%. Fiber averaged 30g. Calories averaged 1,676 per day (less than my 2,000 RDI). Water averaged 53 oz. a day. Walking averaged over 6/10 of a mile per day but total miles went from 3 last week to 4.5 this week, which is a 50% improvement! I've been recording everything I eat (and I haven't had any Ambien episodes!) In addition to my FS goals, I've kept up with my daily Bible reading, and this year so far I've read/studied three books and striven to keep my thoughts positive and thankful. It's wonderful to feel successful again, after 8 months of being off the rails!!!

Happy New Year Debbie! I'm glad you are feeling well. Do you think feeling positive comes from staying on your eating plan and taking care of yourself or the positive attitude comes BEFORE you can stay on your eating plan and take care of yourself? I find that when I eat well I am much happier and then I take care of myself better. When I eat badly I get cranky and hurt all the time. Have a nice day!
