I was so tired last night, I went home, had some whole wheat pasta for dinner with some grilled chicken breast and green beans, and went straight to bed. It may have only been 6:00, but I went to sleep, and didn't wake up until my alarm went off at 5:45! Needless to say, I didn't get my workout in yesterday. :( I even weighed this morining to which direction I'm going in. Imagine my shock when the scale said 229!!! I know it's impossible to gain that much weight overnight, so it must be bloat. The water challenge I'm doing is certainly going to be good for me today!
So, here are my goals for today -
1. Drink the protein shake for breakfast 2. Get some form of exercise today, at least 30 minutes 3. Today may be my cheat meal for the week, but I can't go overboard 4. Leave work at 3:30 (no overtime) 5. Get a pedicure :D 6. Drink plenty of water!
