Managed to be good again yesterday, plenty of exercise and still a good amount of food but still around my 1200 cal mark. Drank lots of water to keep hunger at bay as advised by Phatorphit. May not have such a good day today, need a wee rest day from exercise, and that means keeping my thoughts off food. Oh and hubby is home, he really doesn't help with his choc bars and cakes. Oh well head down and get on with it. 😔😔😔
