I got in the car this morning to take my daughter to preschool and as I turned on the car Ed Sheeran’s shape of you song was playing. I love that song and it was maybe a reminder that more than anything we have to take care of and love our bodies for ourselves first. We also need to be gentle and love our body during the journey of weight loss. We love our bodies and this is why we’re taking care of it by eating right;) good day everyone!
