I am doing well on my diet and exercise. I
m very motivated and my daughter is doing it with me so I have good support. I need to plan food better on work days. The exercise calculator seems overgenerous. I want to keep logging my food. I'm not eating enough calories but am a little afraid of what to eat. I need to shop on Payday. I am enjoying the fresh salad greens. Weigh-in tomorrow for week one.

It's great that your daughter is doing this with you! Keep up the great work on your diet and exercise, and start making that shopping list for good choices you can take to work with you.

Hi Leigh, welcome. I eat whatever I want to as long as I fit it into my RDI (recommended daily intake), I have NO dietary restrictions. I eat 1500-1600 calories a day. I joined FS in March 2019 and have lost 60 pounds; this is a great community, I would not have done what I have without my FS friends. Good luck on your journey.
