Okay so I got my scale.... 62.9 so actually probably the last 3 days of calorie counting has probably eliminated my binge weight over Christmas.... if I could reach 56 by the time my daughter turns 4 months then I know I’ll be on track like my previous post partum period..although it’s more difficult the second time around.That means 7 kg in about 5 weeks.... but no pressure ( 1 kg a week is enough and healthy), I’m breastfeeding and that’s my priority. I’ve had a good couple of healthy days and my mood and energy levels have already transformed. I’m 13 kg away from my goal, let’s see if I can get that off by then October.
