Hi sisi, I see that you do train. Check out a YouTube channel called Sydney Cummings - she posts workouts Every Day, and its FREE! You can do her workouts at home or at the gym. Believe me when I say, you Will become stronger and fitter with her. Best part is you don’t have to plan or workout a training schedule, you just follow her because she covers the entire body. Give her a try, I swear you won’t regret it. And you’ll be back to your ideal weight in no time! I quit Virgin Active and now train at home with her, and people now think I’m at least 10 years younger than I am because of how strong and fit I’ve become training with Sydney.
