was thinking i wasnt eating right on ww - like to many calories on poor choices. granted macros are terrible (all that corn 😉), but i still have like 300 left for the day. might start tracking on both apps to keep me accountable.

I snuck a peek at your chart and it looks to me like you are winning at losing (in spite of the corn! :-) Congrats on your steady progress - even through the holidays- and may you have an equally successful 2020!

Eat in a calorie deficit and slowly start to improve your choices. I have had poptarts today and chillycow ice cream, a blueberry bagel... just a couple delicious little snacks in the midst of other stuff.
