Pretty happy about going back to GF or more correctly wheat free way of eating. Proud of myself as we stopped at Subway last evening and I had no problem passing on the bread and getting a salad instead. Picked up a packet of Baked Lays Potato chips but thought better of it and put them back for strawberry yogurt instead. Delicious! Toasted matt a piece of standard bread last night with peanut butter and for a slice of Bobs Red Mill GF bread. Frankly I like the taste better than his! And no heartburn afterwards either!
