I walked a mile today. this was my first time back out since thursday of last week. My foot still hurt a little and so did my back. At least my ankles didn't swell. I wasn't happy with just a mile but tomorrow I'll try 2 miles. by the end of the week I want to be back up to 3 miles.
btw my van is working fine again. and my insurance is covering my "stupid" mishap. all is well in my world.
