We did a “big” breakfast of which 300 calories was half a croissant. It was so good! Hit the gym and had a 1000 calorie surplus. Now I’m eating a big protein lunch (100 grams or so). Football is about to start! Trip to Green Bay is on the line. Go Hawks!
