Today was 139.1 pounds - I am on a plateau - today I start the "plateau diet" - mostly fish, grapefruit and spinach -
That is supposed to guarantee busting out of it.
When you are on your final 10 lbs to lose, you have to FIGHT for every pound of loss. It was easy to lose weight when I was heavy. Right now I am thinner than most of the staff at Lindora who are coaching me which seems ironic. "Physician, heal thyself" and "Those who cannot do, teach"

I don't have a problem with it. You can have all kinds of knowledge, but if you don't apply it, it is no good.
