Non-scale victory today: I bought these long shorts for a work event about 3 years ago... when I was relatively fit and active. And, honestly, just "squeezed" into them.
Wearing them today. Comfortably! They will look even more amazing after the reshaping in Phase 3... and after my training that I will be doing from October - December.
Exciting.
I'm officially skinnier than I was 3 years ago. Baby fat is finally going away!
I hope for the round in January with my friend and boyfriend will be my last round.
I will have to do measurements during training to gauge my losses as opposed to weight. Even at my skinniest time, I was averaging 10 - 15lbs more than a typical femme of my size.
Btw, you can officially see the "skinny" version of my boyfriend peeking through when you look at him. Quite an accomplishment for someone who only did 2 rounds.
