Just a thought, does anyone on here actually add products on here themselves? I felt like I have had to, as so many products are inaccurate or out of date! One major problem is many add the carbs on to the stats, but forget to add sugar which is important as starchy carbs are so much better than sugar. If anyone on here is struggling to lose any weight, it could be because they are using out of date or inaccurate product info?

I usually check if what it says on the packet agrees with the app. If not I create a product on the database. Totally agree though that you need to check to make sure the app is accurate before adding to your intake otherwise it can give you false figures for what you are eating.

I add a lot, but also find quite a lot added already. I generally rotate eating a lot of the same things, so the number of items I have to add these days is rather small 👍
